Balleroo is a small family oriented business located in the hills suburb of Wooroloo, 60km east of the Perth CBD in Western Australia.
Balleroo has a friendly, farm atmosphere and is a happy place for horses and people to learn and develop relationships and skills with their horses.
Balleroo Pony Education Centre and Balleroo Willing Ponies operate from the same location under trainer Renae Tucci.
Renae specialises in the training of ponies for performance and pleasure work. She covers desensitisation, groundwork, starting under saddle and general ridden work, and all training is done in a calm, non-threatening way on the family property at Wooroloo.
Regardless of the discipline the pony is intended for, the foundations of it’s training are the same.
Renae has trained and worked with horses in Australia and in the USA over a period of many years.
Renae’s small statue means she able to ride and education ponies as small as 10hh.
Willing Ponies is a personal project for Renae.
Renae has the proven ability to develop quality children’s ponies on the ground and in the saddle. Willing Ponies is all about training ponies especially for kids.
At Balleroo, Renae knows what is needed for a child’s pony as she has successfully operated a riding school for many years.
Renae works hard to train and develop ponies that are well educated and make riding a pleasure for children who are learning and need a reliable and well trained first ridden pony.
Balleroo Pony Education Centre specialises in training ponies for performance and pleasure work.
We work with desensitising, floating issues, groundwork, starting and ridden work.
All training is done in a calm, non-threatening environment and working with the ponies ability.
Renae, the trainer, uses different training styles in her work to suit each individual horse and rider so that you end up with a calm, happy pony.
